How delivery is priced
Enter a full UK postcode at checkout. Our pricing engine applies the active postcode zone, order-value allowance and any building-size or specialist-handling surcharge. The delivery line is shown before the order is placed and stored with the order, quotation and payment record.
Local orders may qualify for included delivery. Longer-distance estimates are confirmed after we review access. Where the checkout describes the price as an estimate, we will agree any change with you before taking the building into manufacture.
What standard installation assumes
- Safe, practical vehicle and team access to the fitting location.
- A clear route with dimensions suitable for the ordered panels.
- A level, suitable base unless a base option is included in your specification.
- No undisclosed lifting equipment, parking suspension or special traffic management.
Access survey and changes
We confirm access, the base and the final specification personally. If a crane, long carry, restricted access, ferry, congestion charge or other exceptional requirement applies, we will provide the additional price and obtain approval before proceeding.
Timing
Each building is made to order. The product lead time is a guide; your confirmed order or quote will give the current estimated date. We agree the delivery and fitting date with you and keep it visible in your secure customer portal.
On delivery
Our delivery record can capture arrival status, location, fitting notes, a proof photo and the customer's sign-off. Please inspect the building with the fitter and tell us promptly about anything that needs attention.
