These terms explain the online ordering process with Elford Sheds Ltd, company 08668589, registered at The Yard, Botley Road, North Baddesley, Southampton, Hampshire, SO52 9DP. Your order confirmation and agreed specification form part of the contract. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
Before you order
Product pages provide a clear description and guide price. The basket shows discounts, delivery and the complete total before you place the order. Any applicable tax treatment is confirmed on your sales document. We confirm access, the base, technical suitability and the final specification before manufacture.
Deposits and balance
The default deposit is shown at checkout and in your secure portal. Online card payments, when offered, use a hosted payment page; Elford does not store complete card details. The remaining balance and every recorded payment remain visible in the portal. We will agree when the balance falls due.
Order acceptance
An automated receipt means we have received your request. We accept the order when we confirm the specification and tell you that manufacture can proceed. If we cannot supply the building, reach the site safely or agree necessary changes, we will explain the options and refund any payment that is due.
Cancellations
For standard goods ordered at a distance, statutory cancellation rights may apply. Those rights can differ for goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised. Because many Elford buildings are made to order, contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. We will explain whether manufacture has started, which legal right applies and any reasonable cost already committed.
Changes after approval
A change to size, layout, doors, windows, base, delivery or finish can affect price and timing. We record the change, its value and your approval before applying it.
Delivery and installation
The delivery price and assumptions are set out on our delivery and installation page. You are responsible for providing accurate access information and a safe, suitable site. We remain responsible for performing the agreed installation with reasonable care and skill.
Problems and complaints
Contact us promptly at info@elfordsheds.co.uk or 01794 523388 with the order number, an explanation and photographs where helpful. We will investigate and offer the appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where required by law. You can also write to the registered office above.
